As sallam ualaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatahu

I have in my possession the fantastic book of Haafidh Al-Hakamee (rahimahullah) 'Aa'laam-us-Sunnatil-Manshoorah Li-I'tiqaadi-Taaifati-Naajiyah-al Mansoorah'. This edition has footnotes by someone called Dr Aloosh Al-Madkhali who studied in Riyadh.

Maybe one of the brothers in Riyadh or anyone else knows of him. If so, then please let me know as to what he is upon inshallah.
