As sallam ualaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatahu I have in my possession the fantastic book of Haafidh Al-Hakamee (rahimahullah) 'Aa'laam-us-Sunnatil-Manshoorah Li-I'tiqaadi-Taaifati-Naajiyah-al Mansoorah'. This edition has footnotes by someone called Dr Aloosh Al-Madkhali who studied in Riyadh. Maybe one of the brothers in Riyadh or anyone else knows of him.
