"It is not right for any Muslim man who has something he wants to make as a wasiyyah that he goes two nights without having his written wasiyyah with him."
This is the wording of Imaam Muslim.

Also, bare in mind that this question is from someone who lives in the land of kufr (may Allaah make it easy to make hijrah, aameen) and who has many family members who are kufaar. Should the kaffir relative(s) be trusted to execute the wasiyyah of a Muslim?

Once a person has written out his/her wasiyyah(will), where and with whom should it generally be kept? Should there be made multiple copies which will be kept with different individuals?
