نسمع من يقول بتجديد الإسلام؛ فهل هو محق في قوله؟



[س] نسمع من يقول بتجديد الإسلام؛ فهل هو محق في قوله؟

[ج] إن كان المراد بتجديد الإسلام هو الدعوة إليه وإزالة ما علق به عند بعض المسلمين من الشركيات والبدع والخرافات وبيان الإسلام الصحيح الذي جاء به النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم وسار عليه السلف الصالح، فهذا تجديد واجب وحق، وقد أخبر النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم أن الله يبعث لهذه الأمة على رأس كل مائة سنة من يجدد لها دينها[1].

وإن كان المراد بتجديد الإسلام استبدال أحكامه بما يوافق رغبات الناس وأهواءهم من الاجتهادات الخاطئة والآراء المخالفة لهدي الإسلام؛ فهذا تجديد باطل مرفوض، وهذا هو ما ينادي به بعض الجهلة وأصحاب الأفكار الملوثة

We hear one who speaks with the Tajdeed (Renewal and Revival) of Islaam, so is he right in his speech?


Q) We hear one who speaks with the Tajdeed (renewal and revival) of Islaam, so is he right in his speech?

A) If the intent by Tajdeed (renewal and revival) of Islaam is calling to it and removing and eliminating that which is attached to it by some of the Muslims of the Shirkiyyaat (affairs of Shirk), bida? (innovations) and khuraafaat (superstitions) and making clear and explaining the correct Islaam which the Prophet Sallallaahu ?alayhi wa-Sallam came with and was proceeded upon by the Pious and Righteous Salaf (as-Salaf as-Saalih), then this is a tajdeed that is obligatory (waajib) and correct (haqq), and indeed the Prophet Sallallaahu ?alayhi wa Sallam has informed and related that Allaah sends for this ?Ummah (Nation) at the head of every hundred years one who would renew and revive for it its Deen (Religion)[1].

And if the intent by Tajdeed (renewal and revival) of Islaam is replacing (istibdaal) its ?Ahkaam (Rulings) with that which suits and is consistent with the wishes (raghabaat) and desires (?ahwaa?) of the people of the erroneous ijtihaadaat (individual judgements) and views and opinions in opposition to the Guidance (Hady) of Islaam; then this is a tajdeed that is false (baatil) and rejected (marfood), and this is that which is called for by some of the ignorant ones (al-jahalah) and people of stained and unclean ideas and ideologies (?ashaab al-?afkaar al-mulawwathah).
