Summary of duties and responsibilities: Meet work production targets as set by the Head of department. Liaise with the UK MOD on matters of course design and course content for training courses. Develop training courses as directed. Develop enabling objectives, learning objectives and appropriate learning experiences for training courses. Assist with the development of student tests. Prepare, organise and conduct theoretical and practical examinations for all training courses. Liaise with other departments to assist with the development of teaching notes, workbooks, lesson plans and training aids for all training courses. Assist in selection testing for new student entrants. Carry out tests, reporting on their conduct and record.

Tip: Don't just email your CV, they probably get a thousand a week emailed in - make a concerted effort to phone & market yourself well, think of that first phone call as the first interview.

Sound keen, but not overkeen as you look desperate.  Even later if interviewed by a Muslim, keep the same cool.  Remeber you are dealing with common people, many of whom are not Salafi & may misinterpret your desire for Hejirah as something else and hold that against you.

Last point about salaries, never tell them what you want, just say you want "the best they can offer" or that you will accept "market rates for a person with your qualifications and experience".
