He attended the Islamic University of Madeenah in 1381H and at that time Sheikh Abdul Azeez ibn Baaz rahimahullaah was heading the university.
Sheikh al-Faqihi has a doctorate in 'Aqeedah and is currently Director of Scientific Affairs at [url=http://qurancomplex.com/default.asp?l=eng]King Fahd Complex for Printing the Quran[/url] and the Deputy Editor of the Journal of Qur'anic Research and Studies Magazine. The Shaykh is also a Professor at Islamic University of Madeenah and a Teacher in Prophet's Masjid, Madeenah Al-Munawwara.
