Further, the book Al-Intiqaadaat-ul-Ilmiyyah li-Manhaj-il-Kharajaat wat-Tala'aat wal-Maktabaat wal-Mukhayyamaat [Academic Critiques of the Methods of Outings, Expeditions, Camping and Summer Centers] that Shaykh Ahmad Baazmool co-prepared with Shaykh Ahmad Az-Zahraanee had introductions by Shaykh Ahmad An-Najmee, Shaykh Zayd Al-Madkhalee and Shaykh Abdul Muhsin Aal-Ubaykaan.
Shaykh az-Zahraanee also posts regularly on sahab.net and his posts can be accessed by clicking here.
I hope other brothers/sisters add onto this brief introduction for the Shaykh hafidhahullah.

About three years ago, I was with some of the students of Shaykh Rabee' (may Allaah preserve him) in his library reading. The shaykh came down for a minute looking for someone and he said, "Ayna kabeerukum?" Meaning: Where is the senior (or foremost) of you? So we looked around and some of us did not know who the shaykh was referring to. Noticing that some of us were puzzled, the shaykh said, "Laa ta'rifoon kabeerakum?! Ayna Ahmad az-Zahraanee?" Meaning: You don't know who your foremost is?! Where is Ahmad az-Zahraanee?
Our brother Shaykh Ahmad has been involved in organizing summer seminars and other events with the mashaayikh for a number of years, and he is closely involved with a number of elder mashaayikh. He regularly reads for Shaykh Rabee' at his lessons and for many of the mashaayikh who visit Makkah. May Allaah bless him and make him firm.
I praise none before Allaah, and Allaah shall be his True Reckoner.
