The author of the article posted here is one of the blind supporters, defenders in Luton, UK, (by the name of Abdul-Qadir) of Abul-Hasan al-Misree who is an Innovator. The person who wrote the article, has no knowledge, and he is known as a liar, and one who splits the ranks of the Salafis, and one who plots and travels up and down the country to plot against the Salafis. This is well known to the Salafis in the UK. And when one of the people of knowledge read this article that was posted, he said "this man is a dajjaal, affaak...it is obligatory to make his condition known", and some of the points were taken from none other than Abul-Hasan al-Misri the Innovator himself. On top of that, the article posted contains great lies and fabrications against the people of knowledge.

We hope that some of the students of knowledge will refute this article, as some of the students of knowledge asked the scholars about this. Any more articles by the hizbiyyeen posted here will be deleted.

Akhi, both Shaykh Falih al-Harbee and Shaykh Rabee had this article read out to them, word for word, directly by some of the tullaab. If you want more info, you can email the bros at SP as they have all the details. The Shaykhs realised immediately this is a partisan follower of Abul-Hasan Misri, and one of them called him "dajjaal, affaak".

The few things that we are aware of:

a) Accusing the Permanent Committee of making an error in the Usool on the issue of Ali Hasan's books, whereas in reality it is just an ijtihaad on the furoo' and in which there are some mistakes.

b) Claiming al-Albani said that there are many idols in Saudi Arabia, alluding to pictures of the king. Shaykh Falih apparently said that this was in reference to what the Rafidah and others bring into the kingdom of the things they worship and that this is what the Shaykh was referring to.

c) Using the issue of Shaykh Ibn Baz allowing elections to argue that this was a mistake (like that made by the Ikhwan) and thus no one declared him
of being Ikhwanee. Not realising that Shaykh Ibn Baz does not allow it is a general way of reform but only in situations.

d) Also using the issue of Shaykh Muqbil making tafkir of rulers, not realising that the Shaykh Muqbil made takfir of those who deserve the ruling, such as Ghaddafi, Assad, Saddam and one other one I think. And then trying to portray as if he has agreed with the usool of the takfiris, qutubis and then arguing that no one declared him qutubi etc.

There are others that we dont' know right now.

Apparently, this is the way that al-Ma'ribi tries to defend himself,by picking out the ijtihads of some of the scholars, treating them to be mistakes in usool when they are not, and then defending his own mistakes in this way, by saying, "look they made mistakes too".

We have spoken to some brothers at SP, and they said they intend to refute and expose these lies that this kadhhaab, fattaan, is spreading, and they were told by Shaykh Falih that it is obligatory to expose the likes of this person.

I read out a post by AbdulQaadir to Sheikh Rabee' regarding his mentioning of the errors of the scholars and likening them to the errors of Abul Hasan al Misree!! Since i saw in it extremism and defence of errors and highlighting 'errors' of the Scholars of Ahlu Sunnah although a lot of those errors highlighted have been taken back or they have been refuted by other scholars.

Then Abdulqaadir says we all have mistakes and if we refute eachother there will be no one left in salafiyyah!!! Does he not believe in the authentic hadeeth "There will not cease to be a group clearly upon the truth..." Sheikh Rabee' said 'he is Safeeh' to write what he wrote on the net as well as a PM conversation where Abdulqaadir defends the likes of Abul Hasan. Abdulqaadir is now on his web site defending Abul Hasan's errors and trying to show the 'other side'. Subhaana Allaah. Based on his way why doesn't he defend the likes of Maghraawee, Adnan, safar and salman and show their other side!!!!

Sheikh Rabee', the Imaam of Jarh wa Ta'deel, Sadaqa Al Albaani rahimahullah

Abdulilah, this man Abdul Qaadir is recorded on tape defending Magrawi and stating that he is a Salafi.

He blackens his site with articles by Abul Hasan and his Hizb when they strive to defend their falsehood and even their attack on some of the Scholars (eg Muhammed Ibn Haadi).
