Shaykh Saalih Bin Fawzaan al-Fawzaan discusses the obligation of making hajr (boycotting) and keeping away from the Murji'ah, i.e. those who say that actions do not enter into eemaan, and that one can be a mu'min (believer) without performing any actions of obedience to Allaah.
al-Murji'ah of today are greatly represented by the Hanafiyyah/Sufiyyah of India and Pakistan - See Shaikh Badi-ud-Deen Shaah ar-Raashidi's "The Importance of the Imaam To Have Correct 'Aqidah"
Some Fawaaid from the treatise: 1) There testimony is not to be accepted 2)and it is impermissible to pray behind the one who openly calls to the belief of the Murji'ah
