The founder of the modernist party Hizbut-Tahrir, like the Mutazilah before, also denied aqidah in the Punishment of the Grave explaining his position by saying: He Stated: Indeed, from them (the ahad ahadith) are those which require and action, so it is acted upon. So from Abu Hurayrah who said The Messenger of Allah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said When any of you finishes the last tashahhud, he should seek refuge with Allah from the four things: from the punishment of the HellFire, from the punishment of the Grave, from the trials of life and death and from the evil trials of the Dajal. And from Aishah from the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, that he used to make supplication in the Prayer: O Allah! I seek refuge in You from the Punishment of the Grave, I seek refuge in You from the trials of the Masihud-Dajjal, I seek refuge in You from the trials of life and death. O Allah! I seek refuge in You from debt and sin. Text Then Taqi ud-Din an Nabahani the founder of Hizbut Tahrir went on to say:
| quote: |
So these two ahadith are ahad narrations and they contain the requirement of an action, i.e. to carry out this supplication after finishing the tashahhud. So it is recommended to make this supplication after finishing tashahhud and it is permissible to make tasdiq (attest) what is contained in them. However, what is haram (forbidden) is to hold it with certainty - meaning: to have it as part of ones aqidah - as long as it only been reported in the ahad hadith, a dhanni (non-mutawatir) proof. However, if it occurs in mutawatir form, then it is obligatory to make it part of one aqidah. Article taken from Al-Ibaanah Issue No.2 / Rabi ul-Awwal 1416H / August 1995

Please see attached scanned images from the actual book Ad Dawsivah of Taqi ud-Din an Nabahani the founder of Hizbut Tahrir -where the above quote is found For many years, many members & followers of Hizbut Tahrir have tried to deny the above quote of Taqi ud-Din an Nabahani ! May be now (after seeing the actual scanned pages) they will re-consider their posistion.

JazaakAllaah khayr! Mashaa'Allaah laa quwata illabillaah! This series is such an eye-opener. May Allaah give an-Nabahani what he deserves and may Allaah guide the sincere ones from Hizb ut Tahreer/al-Muhajiroun and their splinter groups who have got brainwashed by their propaganda. May Allaah protect the Muslims from the fitnah of such misguided sects and parties. Aameen.

HT ASKS PREVIOUS UK LABOUR GOVERNMENT FOR HELP! It is ironic that an organisation such as Hizb at-Tahrir, that always accuses Muslim countries of taking help from the Kuffar (which according to them is Haram!)finds themselves when in a time of need, also taking help from the Labour Government! Please see attached - Taken from HT's website in 2006!
