All names to be given on Friday 11th Ramadan at Sheikh Ubayd's masjid. Limited places.
Last payment to be made by Tuesday 15th Ramadan at Sheikh Ibrahim Ruhaili's class after Asr.
We have to book the premises so no delay.
Last year about 60 brothers participated and about 30 families(wife+kids).
This year's timetable:
Eid gathering FOR BROTHERS AND FAMILIES Time
1230pm zhohr at sheikh Obayd meet there for Dhohr 1pm goto mountains + drop off families 2pm activities start 330pm ASR PRAYER activities continue 540pm MAGHRIB PRAYER 630pm Dinner served 730pm ISHA PRAYER 8PM Advice from one of the scholars or students of knowledge 10pm competition with prizes all latest cd's of scholars Cost 40 riyals brothers Families 60 i.e. wife and kids INCLUDES DINNER
Activities include football, volleyball, american football, mountain climbing.

Having been to the mountain area twice, and looking at coststhe following ammendments made:
I will be only organising the brothers gathering at the mountains inshaallaah due to the low response for families.
Sheikh Muhammad Abdulwahhab al Aqeel has agreed to come. Also our brothers and teachers Abu Salah Afghani and Abu Bakr Thani have both agreed to come inshaallaah.
The cost for the gathering will be 50 riyals to be paid no later than Friday 25th Ramadan as we have to book tents.
Any late comers after that will be charged 60 rls. This is due to extra costs incurred in arranging extra food and tent/lighting carpets etc.
Dinner will be served inshaallaah.
The area will be the same as last year.
