This "family fun day" is a great opportunity for ahlus sunnah to gather!
Rarely do we have such opportunities in london!
Alhamdulillaah the 'eid salaah was mumtaaz today, and likewise the khutbah.
Jazaakumullaahu khayra, jamee'an!!!
A brother asked me today if the "fun day" is going to be specifically for the salafees.
I just wanted to touch on the point that this is a day for ahlus sunnah to gather and enjoy themselves and ofcourse everyone is invited!
Rather we love that the people enter into the Sunnah/Salafiyyah, worshipping Allaah upon Tawheed.
So ahlan wa sahlan wa marhaban bikum!
InshaaAllaah we would love that our brothers and sisters from outside of london would come too!

Eid will fall on either Saturday or Sunday, however we have arranged:

10am - 2pm

Brothers, Sisters and Children all invited
Activities for all!
*If Eid Falls on Saturday Salah will be held at the school @9:30am with the Funday on Sunday.
*If Eid Falls on Sunday Salah will be held at the school @9:30am followed by the activities.

This is an opportunity for the people of the Sunnah in East London to come together and enjoy themselves with their families. As many people have been frustrated at listening to callers of misguidance. May Allaah grant us all success.

Question 7 (side 2)
"Some people criticize us for going out to pray the Eid prayer in the large open place for the Eid in one of the public parks. That is because each group prays in thier own mosque and they say 'You do not have a regular person to give the khutba on Juma'ah and you only want to cause splits.' So is this correct?"
Answer 7
"If you are going to go out and the person of hizbiyyah gives the khutba and calls you to elections and to democracy then it is better for you to pray in your mosque and not to pray with the people of hizbiyyah and the innovators. But if it is you that will go out to the open place for the prayer, to the desert or to another place, or to a park and you establish the prayer there, then this is the sunnah and revival of this is to be counted as one of the best means of drawing closer to Allah..."

These are some of the activities that will take place one the day of 'eid insha Allaah:
Gladiator podium challenge
Bouncy castle
Basketball
Relay racing, ball games, fresh candy floss, popcorn and various party size food and snacks for the children |
