If a woman's husband looks to the daleel and agrees that the hijab includes the face and hands and is wajib but the man's wife looks at the daleel and agrees that it is mustahaab, who has more right to say what the woman should do? The woman since it is ibaadah or the man since he is the imam of his family? If they believe it to be mustahaab, shouldn't they be encouraged to adhere to that anyway since it is mustahaab or should the person just be left alone in that?
