Estimator/Quantity Surveyor
We are looking for a quantity surveyor/estimator to work with existing management team, preferably experienced in the domestic refurbishment market. The successful candidate would have good communication and presentation skills in liaising with clients to ensure projects are procured and tendered successfully to the pre-contract/commencement stage; work on tender estimate, have experience of specification and drawing take off and follow the projects through to completion.
Experience in underpinning, piling, reinforced concrete, drainage, ground works and temporary works required.
Experience in similar field would be a benefit but not essential.
Geotechnical Engineer

The role will involve many aspects of ground engineering and will require the successful candidate to plan, design and deliver projects within the team under minimal supervision. Duties will include work on the following;

Required
Ideally 8 years experience?
Possession of a degree in Civil Engineering or Geology?

We are looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor / S enior Quantity Surveyor to work on a large Piling and Ground-works project, based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful Project Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor will need to have a background in Civils and preferably Ground-works.
Requirements:
The successful Quantity Surveyor will need good commercial experience - ideally at least 5 years. The Quantity Surveyor will also need to be good on JCT, NEC and GC-Works contracts, with excellent Civils experience.

Key Qualifications:
I am a Registered Civil Engineer currently working for Foundation Company. I have 1.5 years experience in full time site management and supervision works & 2 years experience in preliminary and final design & detailing of civil engineering projects.
I also have experience in Projects Management, Health & Safety applications at work. Currently I am the Contractorýs Project Engineer in charge of enabling works contract (Shoring, Dewatering and Piling works) works for Al-Fanar Towers mixed use development towers at Fujairah, UAE
