Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullaah

I have been watching anxiously for any response to the list of important questions posted on this board by Sulaifi, and have regularly checked the Brixton website over the last two months. Since that time there has emerged such clarity about the issue of Abul-Hasan al-Misri, may Allah guide him, that it is now not just surprising, but actually disturbing and shocking that Brixton have persisted in portraying their full and total support for Abul-Hasan and his innovations and his attacks upon the major scholars by their total silence.

I (and probably many others)  make the following conclusions:

1) Brixton are upon the manhaj of Abul-Hasan and are defenders of Innovation and its people
2) Brixton support the attacks made upon Shaikh Rabee' and the other Major Saudi Scholars during their recent conference and show no remorse for them
3) Brixton continue to prop up the Mashayikh of Urdun above and beyond the major scholars, thinking them to be on the same level, if not superior to the major scholars
4) Brixton are in unity with Abdul-Qadir of Luton, who has been declared Innovator by some of the major scholars and someone who needs to be warned against like the other innovators
5) Brixton continue to claim on their website that during their recent conference the Mashayikh attending clarified the mistakes "that some of the students have fallen into". This is a gross slander upon the major scholars. Rather the Mashayikh of Urdun are the ones who are in error (may Allah guide them to what is correct), and as for these "students" that Brixton sarcastically speaks about, they are none other than the Major scholars.
6) Brixton still are implementing the contract of hizbiyyah that was devised for them by the Ikhwani, Abul-Hasan al-Misri. They have made no open repentance or recantation from, except to make a very quick and passing remark in a khutbah renouncing it. However they need to put something in writing and to be open about this matter. But the way they have behaved in this recent issue of Abul-Hasan, shows that they are still implementing that false contract of blind hizbiyyah to this day, since they will not speak "until the Mashayikh of Urdun speak" (with no disrespect to the Mashayikh of Urdun)
7) Brixton are currently sitting and waiting to see what is the next most appropriate move for them in order to get off lightly for their misguided ways
8) Brixton are not characterised by knowledge, nor Ittibaa' of the scholars, nor do they have any serious  tullaab 'ilm, and nor any great connection with firmly established scholars which is why they are in this mess!

I hope that soon these brothers will actually wake up and realise what is going on around them and get a little up to date on things, and that Allaah guides them to clarify their misguided behaviour in this fitnah. There are many people for whom Brixton is a reference point, and who place trust in Brixton for dawah and other matters. Which is why it is important that the other Salafees give them a push and a shove to actually make some clarifications and to make tawbah and to make rujoo' from their support and propagation of baatil. Otherwise, they are nothing more than misguided ones who misguide others, irrespective of how much they shout and claim "Salafiyyah", "Salafiyyah", "Salafiyyah".

Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullaah

Allah knows best, but it seems that Brixton do not speak except until the Shaikhs of Urdun speak. As for this policy of keeping quite it seems it is just a tactical move. Brixton are with Maribee. They are upon his manhaj. They support innovation and its people. They have broken off from the major scholars, and from the other Salafees. The Salafees are looking upon them to have the courage to explain their position and return from falsehood.

And in return they just sit and wait!

I pray that Allah creates some zeal in these brothers to address this great and serious matter.
