Questioner: Bakr Abu Zaid?
Shaykh Faalih al-Harbee: Abu Zaid, it is known that he is a Takfeeree. He is not upon the Salafee manhaj. He makes takfeer, as occurs in his book "Tahreef un-Nusoos" by way of al-Haakimiyyah. And he also has other evil speech in "al-Alaamah ash-Shar'iyyah" consisting of lying and slander. And also from that is the position towards those in authority amongst the Hizbiyyeen, affairs that are known, well known to tehm. His books that are old are generally good, and his most recent books from "Tasneef un-Naas" and whatever is after that, they are evil books. His madhhab is very apparent in them as is his enmity for the adherents of the Salafee Manhaj.
