asalaam u alaikum,i would like to ask that i have three sons mashallah two of my sons are alright and one of my sons has major thelesemia{were he has to have a blood transfusion every month or even every three weeks}alhamdulilah we recently had a bone marrow transplant for my son and we are still waiting for my sons results to see if the transplant has worked or not,it has been four months now.Ihave had two cesereans i did not know me and my husband are both thelesemia trait were we have much more chance for having more children with major thelesemia because i have alpha,and beta thelesemia my age is 31 and the more chilodren i have there is 99 percent chance having more children with thelesemia major i would like to ask if contraception is allowed in my case and if not please could you advise me what to do.For those who do have children with this illness must know how difficult it is to see your children suffer,and how stressful it is thinking you might have another child with the same illness.jazacullahairan
