IN THE NAME OF ALLAH THE MOST GRACIOUS THE MOST MERCIFUL It has been narrated to me from Abi Waleed Bilaal(a trustworthy brother who has been in Damaj for about eight years) that today, (October 21, 2003) he asked Sheik Yahyah Al Hujoore about the condition of Shiek Muhamaad Ismaeel Imraani. Sheik Yahya replied, "Hizbee", Ikwani. More to come if neccessary. Rasheed Barbee

I think the honourable and correct move now ya Aqeel is to retract from this error that you fell into. I don?t believe that Shaykh Ahmed Bazmool's advice meant being silent about slips like this. Wallaahi all we want is the truth to be established.

IN THE NAME OF ALLAH THE MOST GRACIOUS THE MOST MERCIFUL In being just I must state that I also have the book "The Beneficial Statemnet" By The Noble Scholar Sheik Muhamad ibn Abdul Wahab. And the Sheik, may ALLAH perserve him, put several statements from the Scholars concerning his book, such as, Sheik Ahmad ibn Ahmad Salaama, Sheik Muhamad ibn Saed As Shabaani, and Sheik Muqbil. The fifth statement says, The Sheik The Allama Muhammad Ismael Imraani Head of the Center Rafi Al Madhaalim Biriisa Al Jamhoori. So we know the situation of people changes daily. May ALLAH take our souls while we are on the Haqq. So of course the last statement came from Sheik Yahya and we accept that, but it seems that at one time he was considered to be from amongst the Scholars of Yemen, seeing that the Sheik Muhamaad ibn Abdul Wahad put him in his book. But I wanted to make the affair clear since many brothers and sisters want to go to Yemen to study. We should know who we can sit with and who we should avoid. By the mercy of ALLAH we dont have to guess, we can just pick up the phone and ask the Scholars. Rasheed Barbee
