6- في دقيقة واحدة تستطيع أن تقول سبحان الله وبحمده (100) مرة ، ومن قال ذلك في يوم غفرت ذنوبه وإن كانت مثل زيد البحر .
6. In one minute you are able to say سبحان الله وبحمده Subhannah ALLAHI wa bihamdihi one hundred times. And whoever does this in a day his sins will be forgiven even if the were like the foam of the ocean.
2- في دقيقة واحدة تستطيع أن تقرأ سورة الإخلاص ( قل هو الله أحد ) (20) مرة سرداً وسراً ، وقراءتها مرة واحدة تعدل ثلث القرآن
2. In one minute you are able to read surah Iklas, 20 times. And reading it once equals a third of the Koran...
12- في دقيقة واحدة تستغفر الله عز وجل أكثر من (100) مرة بصيغة أستغفر الله ، ولا يخفى عليك فضل الاستغفار ، فهو سبب للمغفرة ، ودخول الجنة ، وهو سبب للمتاع الحسن ، وزيادة القوة ، ودفع البلايا ، وتيسير الأمور ، ونزول الأمطار ، والإمداد بالأموال والبنين .
12. In one minute you can ask ALLAH عز وجل for forgiveness 100 times. By saying أستغفر الله Astagfiru ALLAH. And it is not hidden from you the benefits of seeking forgiveness. For it is a reason for forgivenss, a reason for entering paradise, a reason for a good life, increasing strength, and warding off trials, and making the affairs easy, and a reason that rain is sent down, and an increase in wealth and children.
17- في الدقيقة الواحدة تستطيع أن تصل رحمك عبر الهاتف .
17. In one minute you can connect the ties of kinship by way of the telephone.
20- تنهى عن منكر في دقيقة .
21- تأمر بمعروف في دقيقة .
20. Prevent an evil in a minute
21. Enjoin the good in a minute
24- تميط الأذى عن الطريق في دقيقة .
24. Remove something harmful from the path in a minute
4- تحفظ آية قصيرة من كتاب الله في دقيقة .
4. Memorize a short verse from the book of ALLAH in a minute
وَكَانَ الْفُضَيْل بْن عِيَاض يَقُول : يَا كَذَّاب يَا مُفْتَرٍ , اِتَّقِ اللَّهَ وَلَا تَسُبَّ الشَّيْطَان فِي الْعَلَانِيَة وَأَنْتَ صَدِيقُهُ فِي السِّرّ

this is a good example of one not wasting his time ! this should in all be a reminder for us to keep our tongues constant at dhikr and less mu'aridhoon ... ( Surah Muminoon ayat 3 )

7- في دقيقة واحدة تستطيع أن تقول سبحان الله وبحمده سبحان الله العظيم (50) مرة ، وهما كلمتان خفيفتان على اللسان ، ثقيلتان في الميزان ، حبيبتان إلى الرحمن ، كما روى البخاري ومسلم .
7. In one minute you can say سبحان الله وبحمده سبحان الله العظيم Subhana ALLAHI wa bihamdihi Subhana ALLAHI Al Atheem 50 times. And these are two statements that are light upon the tongue heavy upon the scales, beloved to The Most Merciful. As related in Bukari and Muslim
8- قال صلى الله عليه وسلم : ( لأن أقول : سبحان الله ، والحمد لله ، ولا إله إلا الله ، والله أكبر أحب إلي مما طلعت عليه الشمس ) رواه مسلم ، وفي الدقيقة الواحدة تستطيع أن تقول هذه الكلمات جميعاً أكثر من (18) مرة ، وهذه الكلمات هي من أحب الكلام إلى الله ، وهي من أفضل الكلام ، ووزنهن في الميزان ثقيل كما ورد في الأحاديث الصحيحة .
8. He صلى الله عليه وسلم said, that I should say سبحان الله (subhana ALLAH, والحمد لله(wal hamdullillah),ولا إله إلا الله (wa la illha illa ALLAH),والله أكبر(wa ALLAHU AKBAR)is more beloved to me than that which the sun rises upon. Related by Muslim. In one minute you are able to say this statement 18 times. And this statement is from the most beloved speech to ALLAH. And it is from the best speech. And it's weight on the scale is heavy as comes in authentic hadiths.
10- في دقيقة واحدة تستطيع أن تقول لا إله إلا الله (50) مرة تقريباً وهي أعظم كلمة ، فهي كلمة التوحيد ، والكلمة الطيبة ، والقول الثابت ، ومن كانت آخر كلامه دخل الجنة ، إلى غير ذلك مما يدل على فضلها وعظمتها
10. In one minute you can say لا إله إلا الله (La illaha illa ALLAH)about 50 times. And this is the greatest statement. For this is the statement of tawheed, and the Good statement, the Firm saying, and whoever makes this his last words will enter paradise, and there are many other things that show it's benefit and greatest.

May Allahu, Ta'Ala, greatly reward you for sharing this reminder and those of us who read it, STOP, and practice this for our own souls, Ameen. In these times of so much disagreement and harshness, it is a very very enlightneing moment, when practiced.
