جـ: الأصل جواز ذلك إذا كان لأسباب شرعية ومصلحة إسلامية راجحة، وبالله التوفيق وصلى الله على نبينا محمد وآله وصحبه وسلم
Question: What is the ruling on tearing down a masjid and then rebuilding it, or moving it to a nearby place?
Answer: The base ruling is the permissibility of this, so long as it is done for Shar'ee reasons and has a clear Islaamic advantage. And with Allaah is the success. May Allaah's Salaah and Salaam be upon our Prophet, and upon his family and Companions.
