salamu alaykum, actually baraka Allaahu feeki I was looking for the evidence that one says the tasbeeh [subhana rabiyyal alaa] in sujud for sujoodus sahw, Ahsaanullaahu ilayki for your efforts,
Sufyaan Ibn Uyainah used to say: Indeed the Deen is only in the Aathaar and not in opinions the Deen is in the Aathaar not in opinions...

Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatu I dont have full Knowlegde of all your questions but I know the answer insha Allah to one of them.... 1) The evidence of making the two Takbirs in Sajdah tus Sawh is in the hadeeth of Abu Hurairah (RAA) who said, " The Prophet (sallallaahu alayhi wasallam) prayed one of the prayers that had four rakaat in it. He prayed this particular prayer and he only prayed two rakaats. After making the two rakaats he made Tasleem. After making this salaat the Messenger of Allah (sallallaahu alayhi wasallam) stood up and went to a piece of wood that was at the front of the Masjid. The Prophet (sallallaahu alayhi wasallam) placed his hand on this wood. Abu Bakr(RAA) and 'Umar(RAA) had prayed with him but they were afraid to say anything. So the people left the masjid when they saw that neither 'Umar(RAA) or Abu Bakr(RAA) said anything. The people that had left started to say that the prayer has been shortened. At that point a man named Dhul Yadain decided to go to the Prophet (sallallaahu alayhi wasallam) .As for this man it did not bother him that both Abu Bakr(RAA) and 'Umar(RAA) had left and had not said anything to the Messenger of Allah (sallallaahu alayhi wasallam) . He approached the Prophet (sallallaahu alayhi wasallam) and asked, "Did you forget or has the prayer been shortened?". The Messenger of Allah (sallallaahu alayhi wasallam) said, "I did not forget nor has the prayer been shortened". Dhul Yadain (RAA) said, "You forgot Ya Rasululah! You only prayed two rakaats. " So the Prophet (sallallaahu alayhi wasallam) called the people back and they prayed two more rakaat and then he made Tasleem. After that he said Allahu Akbar and made Sajdah, he said Allahu Akbar again and made another Sajdah." I can not tell you in what Saheeh this book is in as I heard this on a tape relating to Sajdah Tus Sahw specifically. Hope I was able to satisfy you and i will try to find the exact place of the hadeeth insha Allah. Wasalaamu Alaikum Umm A

As-Salaamu Alaykum wa Rahmatullaahi wa Barakaatuhu Ikhwaan! I have a number of questions that I need some evidenced based knowledge concerning. 1. What is the evidence that a person who performs Sujoodus-Sahw makes Tasbeeh in both sajdahs? 2.If a person comes in the masjid late for salatul maghrib and catches the second raka with the imaam during his recitation of the second surah, should the one who came in late make the faatihah while the imaam is reciting or should he remain quiet and listen to the recittation of the imaam? 3.is it from the sunnah to say "aqoolee qawlee hadha wastaghfirullaah wa lee wa lakum.... between the two khutbahs or at the end of the khutbahs like many khutaba do? 4. Is it permissible for the imaam to drink some water before the khutbah always and when he sits for the conclusion of the first khutbah to drink a glass of water with three gulps? 5. Is it permissible to read surah A3laa and surah Ghaashiyah every singele jummah and not recite anything else ever? Baraka Allaahu Feekum
