On the authority of 'Abdullaah ibn 'Amr ibn Al-'Aas (may Allaah be pleased with him, the Prophet (sallallaahu 'alayhe wa sallam) said:

On the authority of 'Abdullaah ibn 'Amr ibn Al-'Aas (may Allaah be pleased with him, the Prophet (sallallaahu 'alayhe wa sallam) said: إِنَّ الإِيمَانَ لَيَخْلَقُ فِي جَوفِ أَحَدِكُمْ كَمَا يَخْلَقُ الثَّوْبُ فَاسْأَلُواْ اللَّهَ أَنْ يُجَدِّدَ الإِيمَانَ فِي قُلُوبِكُمْ "Verily, eemaan wears thin within one of you just as a garment wears thin, so ask Allaah to renew the eemaan in your hearts."
