As salaamu 'alaikum The Question was asked: Are we backbiting when commenting on things relating to our wives such as: "You know how the women are(relating to spending)" or "the sisters are such and such(regarding disobedience to the husband), etc"? Should we relate matters that go on in our home like this to others in jest or common talk?
