I recently came across an article on the www.troid.org website that I believe we could benefit from insha'Allaah. And I quote the following as it is found in the article for which a link is provide below insha'Allaah aspecially in these times when the lies of those who enjoy spreading lies and the fitnah of those who enjoy making fitnah is widespread through the use of the internet and by hiding behind various ID's changing them like chameleons defaming and slander the salafees including and especially the ulema. "... "From the perfection of a person?s Islaam is to leave alone that which does not concern him."[4] This especially refers to someone delving into that which does not concern him regarding someone else?s religious or worldly affairs. Thus, such a person may speak out of envy or desire for position; or act either with deliberate oppression, or foolish scorn and sarcasm. How often does Shaytaan make such an act seem like commanding the good or prohibiting the evil, or Jihaad in the path of Allaah, whereas it is actually an act of injustice and transgression!" [5] I pray that we all benefit with something from this brief reminder insha'Allaah during these time of fitnah.
