Umm Layla On Behalf of Masjid Ahlul Hadeeth Yoonus Ibn ?Ubayd (d.139H) ? rahimahullaah ? said: "With good manners you understand the knowledge. With the knowledge, your actions are corrected. With actions, wisdom is obtained. With wisdom you understand zuhd (abstinence) and are granted its benefits. With zuhd comes abandoning the world. With abandoning the world comes desire for the Hereafter. With desire for the Hereafter the pleasure of Allaah ? the Mighty and Majestic ? is obtained." Iqtidaa`ul ?Ilmil ?Amal (no. 31).

Maa shaa' Allaah the bayaan is jameel jiddan I have visited the DC area for more than 8yrs off and on and was witness to many things (various flyer postings and so on). I am very happy for the brothers and sisters who are making this effort to bring the clarity of the sunnah to others. As I know that the DC area is full of many Muslims who just want to 'blend in' with the American status quo and not dress different or even think different from other Muslims. May Allaah bless your efforts and aid you with the necessary tools to establish salafiyyah in your hearts, homes and then to others.
