Narrated al-Baraa ibn Aazib رضي الله عنه that the messenger of Allaah صلى الله عليه و سلم said; تَوَضَّئُوا مِن لُحُوم الإبل و لا توضئوا من لحوم الغنم Make Wudoo from camel meat and do not make wudoo from the meat of the Ghanam. Saheeh. reported by Daawud, Tirmadhi and ibn Maajah. and from Jaabir ibn samrah رضي الله عنه that a man asked the prophet صلى الله عليه و سلم Do I have to make wudoo from the meat of the ghanam (sheep\goats)? he said; if you wish you can make wudoo and if you wish you don't have to make wudoo. he said; Do I make wudoo from camel meat? he said; Yes make wudoo from camel meat.
