Bismillaah was-salaatu 'alaa nabiyyihi, wa ba'd: I just came accross a hadeeth I never heard of and that since it is not well-known I would post it: Suwayd narrated that Anas said, "The most beloved colour to the Messenger of Allaah (sallallaahu 'alayhe wa sallam) was GREEN." (Musnad Al-Bazzaar) Suwayd is dha'eef, but the hadeeth has mutaaba'aat collected by Ibn Jurayj, Al-Bayhaqee, and At-Tabaraanee. Al-Albaanee gathered them and concluded that the hadeeth is hasan by these numerous routes in the Silsilah #2054.
