UPDATE FROM THE SISTERS' BAZAAR YESTERDAY:

Yesterdays event was the first of its kind by Albaseerah Bradford and indeed a great success it was Masha'Allah. Hundreds of people came throughout the day with the numbers far greater than we had anticipated. There was a very nice family atmosphere and it seems like everyone enjoyed themselves, especially the food. Weeks of hard-work were put in and we truly appreciate every bit of it. We ask Allah to accept it from everyone who helped and participated.

To conclude with figures then, Alhamdulillah we raised approx. 4200 pounds. The costs were unbelievably kept to 200 pounds which means we made approximatly 4000 pounds. All this money will go towards the Masjid and School Project.

Once again we would like to sincerely thank all those who helped and thank all those who came along to offer their support by way of presence. In particular we would like to thank our mothers, sisters and daughters for their hard work, time and effort, Jazakamullaukhair. We surely hope to hold a similar event in the future Insha'Allah.
