As salaamu alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh Insha'allah this finds everyone in the best of health upon attaining taqwa. My zawj and I need to know is there a ruling on getting married under the laws of a non-islamic country? for the reason that we have small children and if something was to happen to my zawj we wont our children to recieve his benefits insha'allah.
