Ummul Mumineen Girls Learning Centre@Masjid Nurul Islam, Cardiff Wales BismAllahi Rahmani Rahim Assalamu alaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatu, Alhamdulillah with the help of Allah azawajal we have set up an education centre for girls only ages 11 + who can come and study 4 days a week Monday-Thursday 9.30a.m-2.30pm inshaAllah. Alhamdulillah it has now been open for a year and inshaAllah we will be continuing another school year in September 2008. We are a group of Salafi sisters whose intention is to nurture them in this life for the sake of the next life inshaAllah, helping the girls of this age purely for the sake of Allah. We want to give them tarbiyah that will inshaAllah help develop them into good Muslimahs who will have the sound knowledge they need to be good wives and mothers for the future generations. We want them to have the characteristics of our beloved and pious Sahabiyyat inshaAllah The environment will be totally Islamic and we will strive to help them attain a sound understanding of their deen inshaAllah. InshaaAllah we will be providing the girls with educational studies which will include teaching Keystage 3 Maths, English and Science. And inshaAllah we will offer sewing, cooking and exercise classes. Most importantly we will be providing the girls with Islamic education which will comprise of basic lessons in Tafsir of Quran, Islamic History and Geography, Seerah, Ahadith, Dua, Sahabiyyat, Tarbiyah and the Pillars of Eeman. All of the lessons will be taken from the books of past and present scholars.
