Wa 'alaykum as salaam warahmatullahi wabarakaatuh,

Hamas controls Palestine! When did Palestine get freedom from the terrorist zionist occupation for there to be a leader for our oppressed Muslim brothers and sisters in Palestine?

I hope one of the Students of Knowledge can shed some light on the question of the brother.

Assalaamu aleykum,

Alhamdulillah the dangers of speaking ill about the muslim rulers is well known. However, what is the situation with a democratically elected government? By that I mean where a political party has gained power. Are we prohibited from speaking about just the head of that party or the whole party?

The reason I ask is because the situation of Hamas has been clarified before and now that they control Palestine's government, I wanted to know if it was permissable to still warn people about their errors or not as many general people still hold them in high regard.

wassalaamu aleykum

Khalid
