Subhanak Allaahuma wa bihamdika ash-hadu anlaa illaaha illa anta astaghfiruka wa atubu ilayk

This issue is a very important one and it doesn't translate well at all, at least in the manner presented above. More attention is needed to give the subject its right, so people are not confused.
