Bismillaahi Rahmaani Raheem,

As salaamu 'alaikum,

I am studying the Arabic language and would like this post to be geared to helping those who are having trouble studying.  I would like the brothers and sisters to post their individual ways of studying the Arabic language(memorization of the principles, vocabulary, etc.)or any other subject. I, myself, am trying to get a format or style of studying the Arabic Language so I may get the maximum benefit.

Example: I am studying the Madina Books(The main book 2, Qiraa'ah, Ta'beer, Imlaa,Hadeeth,etc.).  I am trying to come up with a system to get studying and memorization all in between working and being with my family.

So please bring your advices and tips and perhaps your style may benefit another muslim. Perhaps this post can bring some rewards to all of us in helping others with studying the different parts of this deen.

Wafaqakumullaah,

BarakAllaahu feek.

Aboo Abdir Rahmaan

السلام عليكم ورحمةالله

أشهد أن لا إله إلا أنت
أستغفرك وأتوب إليك

Wa'alaykum as-salaam warahmatullaahi wabarakthu,

Yeah I have this same situation!

For a while now I have been trying to establish some kind of routine between work and everything else, for studying Arabic. So far it has always been whenever I feel like it, so that can mean a few days will pass by without any study, which really doesn't help, but on other occasions it will be like every day! SubhaanAllaah...

I currently use the Madinah books, I find these to be the best for learning Arabic. Previously I used the Miftaahul-Arabia books, they are taught in a slightly different manner and I found them very slow, where as the Madinah books are brilliant and I highly recommend them.

Inshaa'Allaah I will be moving up to Birmingham next month and will be able to sort out classes for myself.
