As salaamu alaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh,
I have a question with regards to the group Hizb ut Tahrir.
As you may well know they call for the establishment of Shariah.
I was told that they found their beliefs of a Hadith where the Prophet (Peace be upon him) said that if your leader does kufr then the people of that nation can overthrow him.
I know in Islam we are not allowed to overthrow our leaders according to Islamic Teachings.
I was wondering if anyone has come across commentary on this hadith.
