I was asked to relay this urgent message from the Salafis in Mexico City:

As Salam Aleikum Wa Rahmatulahi Wa Barakatuhu Wa Magfiratuhu
Dear brothers:
This is a very hard moment for Islaam in Mexico, because unfortunately many
brothers have gone to the Shi'a and Soofee ranks because of the lack of education. And many brothers have been talking about it. Many brothers have been showing the interest of continue learning with us.
If we close this Musallah, these brothers won't have an adequate education, and there is the posibility that some people will turn to Shi'ism, Soofeesm or Kufr; just like 4 four years ago.
We're writting for you to ask for help. We have a very big problem. The
office which was operating as the Musallah, was asked by the owner. We have no other place to go and we've been making a research to look for another place to establish the Musallah again. We're not able to fulfill completely the fees for paying for a new place to establish the Musallah. We have been pooling our money and we can only spend $160 USD, but we're asking for your help to be able to pay part of the rent of a new place. Indeed, we are asking for a financial help of $500 USD total monthly. We may tell you we're paying fees for Internet services, electric energy and payment for one brother for an equivalent for $300 USD. If we take in account that the another Musallah is going to close, there exists the possibility that other brothers will be coming here and they will learn about Salafeeyah; increasing the ranks of the Salafee community.
We understand, it is not easy to get money, and our objective is not to be
supported always. Unfortunately at this moment there are many brothers who are students and they cannot help to pay these fees. We believe that a community has to be autonomous, that's why this Musallah opened, we saw tha danger of being contaminated by Bid'ah if we were continuing at other masjids.
If we do not get a positive response, we will be sorry to inform you that this Musallah will have no choice but to close, and regrettably we won't know when we may be able to re-establish it. This is the reason we are in the necesstiy to look for your support urgently.

We ask for this, because our financial situation is tough, the majority of
the brothers here in Mexico are not able to support the Musallah because
they are students.
We have to say, we're not playing about with the issue about Salafeeyah in Mexico, we want to continue spreading it, but we need help. At this moment we are renting an apartament; but between our plans there is the posibillity to buy a house to continue spreading the Word of Allaah.
Insha' Allaah, you can be able to help us, or to find somebody who can do it. Remembar that Allaah will reward any effort to support a Masjid.
