?The preferred opinion, as the fuqahaa have mentioned, is that it is not befitting to speak during fulfilling ones need except due to a necessity, such as guiding someone or speaking to one whom it is necessary to respond to, or one himself has some need which he might lose, or to request some water, in these case there is no problem.?
