As salaamu alaikum wa rahmahtullah.
Do anyone have any information concerning the status of the kufi in Islam, or can someone ask the Ulema about the status of the kufi in Islam, InShaAllaah? Barak Allaahu Feekum. May Allaah reward the one(s) that help with this issue, Ameen.

I wear the kufi with my uniform while I am working. I need some information concerning the kufi and it's status in Islam, InShaAllaah. Barak Allaahu Feekum.

Barak Allaahu Feekum, Aboo Khalil.
Based on what is posted above, would it be safe to say that the Prophet (Salla Allaahu Alaihi Was Salaam) wore a kufi, and wore a kufi under his turban and that it is Sunnah to wear a kufi? Wa Allaahu Alam. Barak Allaahu Feekum. May Allaah Reward All Those Who Help With this Question With Good In this Life and Good In The Hereafter, Ameen.

It did not seem to appear that the post by Akhi Ibrahim was an article, but If it was an article, the author and/or source would be welcomed, InShaAllaah. Barak Allaahu Feekum. It seems that references were given, which included any combination of the following items; title of book, chapter, page number, edition. Tayyib. Can anyone double check the information here with any of the Ulema, InShaAllaah? Barak Allaahu Feekum.
