Asalaamu alaikum wa rahmathullaahi wa barakathu-hu
Could someone provide further information concerning the reason why our
shaykh Al-Albaani (rahimahullaah) gave a fatwa asking the Palestinians to
make hijrah from their land when the Jews invaded?
The reason why I ask is because there are those who dispute this fatwa
saying that Muslims are obliged to defend their land when attacked no matter
what, thereby restricting this to a "black or white" scenario without
realising that there maybe shades of grey.
It would be very helpful if a student of knowledge could provide us with
further tafseel to this fatwa and the general circumstances under which it
was issued in order for us to not only understand and appreciate the wisdom
behind it (as opposed to conjecture which may or may not be correct) but
also be in a position to explain it based upon knowledge to those who may
not know.

if someone is able to ablige our brother with his question I would appreciate the explanation of Imaam al-Albaanee's fatwa against the kuffar being present in the khaleej during the gulf war especially since this looks as if it will be happening once again.

I would like to caution the brothers about utilizing the term "Israel" or "Israelis" for we have been told by our elder, Shaikh Rabee not to do so, since it is implicit blasphemy of Allaah, His revelation and an explicit (blasphemy) of the Prophet Ya'qoob, alaihis Salaatu Salaam!
