Bismillaahir-Rahmaanir-Raheem

The Naseehah of ash-Shaykh Rabee' bin Haadee al-Madkhalee To His Salafee sons in Britain.

On the day of Jumu'ah, the 10th of Ramadaan in the year 1423H, after Salaat ul-Jumu'ah in the house of the eminent Shaykh Rabee' bin Haadee al-Madkhalee - may Allaah preserve him, watch over him and bless him in his life, and his actions - the brothers from Britain- may Allaah grant them success - sat with our Shaykh, the Father - may Allaah preserve him. And they are Abdur-Razzaaq as-San'aanee, Abdul-Haqq Baker Abu Yusuf, Abdulilaah, Abu Faisal Yoosuf, Abu Yoosuf Abdullaah Hood, and besides the brothers from Britain, the eminent Shaykh Muhammad bin Umar Baazmool, and the brother Abu Ziyaad Khaalid bin Muhammad Baaqees, and the brother 'Alee Haanee bin Alee ibn Buraik.

And amongst that which Shaykh Rabee said to his brothers from Britain [was the following]:

O Brothers, know that conciliation is goodness, and in your unity, there is great good [to be realised] in aid of the Salafi Manhaj. It is necessary for you to forget what has passed, and Allaah, the Sublime and Exalted says, "Allaah pardons that which has passed" (Al-Maaidah 5:95), and the Sublime and Exalted says, "And in conciliation there is goodness" (An-Nisaa 4:128).

So everything that has passed from your speech against each other is to be wrapped and forgotten. It is upon you to start a fresh page, that you cooperate upon goodness, that love and brotherhood exists between you and that you do not speak against each other.

You O Abdur-Razzaaq, and you O Abdulilaah, and whoever is with you from amongst the brothers in al-Maktabah as-Salafiyyah, then you both should not speak against your brother Abdul-Haqq and whoever is with him in Masjid Ibn Taymiyyah. For he (Abdul-Haqq) has made his position clear in that which you held against him. So convey to those who are with you, that they likewise should not speak against him, and whoever is with him.

And you O Abdul-Haqq, and whoever is with you in Masjid Ibn Taymiyyah, do not speak against your brothers, Abdur-Razzaaq and Abdulilaah and whoever is with them in al-Maktabah as-Salafiyyah. Be all of you as if the heart of a single man.

It is also desireable for you to known who to return to when any affair arises between you. Do not differ and do not dispute, but refer the matter back to the Major Scholars, and do not let the youth from the Du'aat to be your reference when difference arises.

And this brother of yours, Abdul-Haqq, affirms that he, and whoever is with him in Masjid Ibn Taymiyyah are with the Scholars in their conviction of Abul-Hasan (with deviation, misguidance). And whoever continues upon the path of Abul-Hasan, defending him, and rejecting the words of the Scholars concerning him, then they are to be advised, and the words of the Scholars concerning him are to be made clear to them, without [indulging in] argumentation with them. And if they refuse (to show anything) except argumentation, and defence (of Abul-Hasan), then they are to be abandoned and avoided.

And it is upon you to leave those rulings that arise, initially, from the youth without (having) referred to the People of Knowledge, those whom Allaah, the Sublime and Exalted has ordered to refer back to in his, the Exalted's saying, "When there comes to them some matter touching (public) safety or fear, they make it known (among the people), if only they had referred it to the Messenger or to those charged with authority among them, the proper investigators would have understood it from them (directly). " (An-Nisaa 4:83).

And (alongside) this, we ask Allaah, that He unites your word constantly, and that you know the causes of unity, and that you keep away from the causes of splitting and differing, may Allaah grant us and you success in that which He loves and is pleased with.

Rabee' bin Haadee al-Madkhalee.
