Who can say anything about this chain or even some or one of its narrators?

well one thing that stands out is ubaydullah ibn aisha. Why because in my six short years of being a muslim and reading ahadith and I love the hadith, I have never ever seen a "ibn fatimah or an ibn asma or ibn zainab or ibn aisha or like this. However if the lady is mentioned (in the lineage) then I have seen Ibn Umm so and so. Like Ibn Umm Abd (Abdullah ibn Mas'ood) or Ibn Umm Maktum. But with ubaydullah ibn aisha, then that is strange. And Allaah knows best.

there are many narrators named to their mothers actually, like Muhammad ibn Al-Hanifiyyah, and Ibraaheem ibn 'Ulayyah, and others.

As for the companion of this isnaad then he is: Abu Madinah Abdullah ibn Hisn Ad-Daarimi. Ibn Hajr brings his bio in Isaabah (2/297) He says: Abu Madinah Abdullah ibn Hisn Ad-Daarimi known by his kunyah (nickname Abu Madinah) He was named by At-Tabaraani and he brought a narration by way of Hammaad (ibn Salamah) on Thabit (ibn Aslam Al-Bunaani) on Abu Madinah ..the narration in Al-Awsat.
I say (Ibn Hajr): "And from the Tabi'een there is a Abu Madinah Abdullah ibn Hisn Ad-Dusi."
Then he said: ...they agree in their Kunyah, name and fathers name and differ in their lineage.." (End of words of Ibn Hajr)
He means by lineage that the Tabi'ee is ad-Dusi and the Companion is Ad-Daarimee.
2. Thabit Al-Bunaani: He is Abu Muhammad Thaabit ibn Aslam Al-Bunaani Mawlaahum Al-Basri. Sheikh Al-Islaam. It is mentioned in his bio in Siyar by Adh-Dhahabi that he was a Muhaddith from the thiqaat of the Muslims. The scholars differ as to the date of his death it is said the year 123. See his bio in Siyar (5/220).
3. Hammad ibn Salamah: Abu Salamah Al-Basri, An-Nahwi. From the Imaams of the people of Hadeeth. Imam Ahmad said of him: "If you see one speak ill of Hammad ibn Salamah then doubt his Islaam, for indeed he was severe upon the people of innovation."
4. Ubaidallah ibn Aishah: He is Ubaidallah ibn Muhammad ibn Hafs ibn Umar ibn Musa ibn ibn Ubaidallah ibn Ma'mar Al-Qurashi Al-Basri Al-Akhbaari As-Saadiq, and he is known as Ibn Aishah and Al-'Ayshi.
He heard from Hammad ibn Salamah. Imam, Allamah, thiqah.
Zakariyyah As-Saaji said: "He was accused of having the affairs of qadariyyah but he was innocent of that.
Ibn Hajr mentions that he was known as Ibn Aishah because he was the son of Aishah bint Talhah.
Al-Baghawi said that he died in Ramadaan in the year 228. See his bio in Siyar (10/564-566)
5. Muhammad ibn Hisham ibn Ali Al-Marwazi.
Al-Haakim and Ad-Daraqutni relate on him.
Ibn Al-Qattaan said his condition was not known.
The speech of Al-Haakim points to the fact that he was trusworthy with him for he said at the end of his narration: "The Isnaad is saheeh in salima min Al-Jaarudi."
Ibn Hajr says about him in Lisaan Al-Meezaan (5/414): "Az-Zaki Al-Mundhiri said similar to what Ibn Qattaan said.
And as has preceded in the bio of Umar ibn Al-Hasan Al-Asnaani the statement of Adh-Dhahabi: 'Indeed this Muhammad ibn Hisham here was muwathaq: and he is Ibn Abi Ad-Dubayk[1](End of the words of Ibn Hajr)
[1] It comes like this in the manuscript and the printed version of Lisaan Al-Meezaan by Ibn Hajr, and in Meezaan Al-'Itidaal by Adh-Dhahabi: Ibn Abi Ad-Dumayk.

The correct spelling is ibn Abi Ad-Dumayk as is found in Meezaan Al-'Itidaal by Adh-Dhahabi and in the Awsat of At-Tabaraani. And Allah knows best.

Salaam alaikum.
Also for the benefit of the students of hadeeth I wanted to mention something as it pertains to the men (Mashayikh)of At-Tabaraani. The men (Mashayikh) of At-Tabaraani, Ad-Daaraqutni, and Al-Haakim are more difficult to find due to them being from the later generations so the beginning student may not know where to look. Firstly Our Sheikh Muqbil ibn Haadi al-Wadi'ee, Rahimahullah, wrote a book on each one, Rijaal Al-Haakim (published), Rijaal Ad-Daraqutni (published), and Rijaal At-Tabaraani. The Sheikh took up the task of putting these books together due to the diffuculty of finding these rijaal.
If one cannot find these books by our Sheikh, then some of the places that he can look for example is Tareekhul-Islaam by Adh-Dhahabi of which the sheikh, rahimahullah, mentioned is a tremendous source for finding men. Tareekh again may be difficult for the beginning researcher as Adh-Dhahabi compiled the men according to the year of their death, so one who have to know the year of the death of the one he is searching for. Other good books for these types of searches are Shadharaat Adh-Dhahab, and At-Tareekh by Al-Khateeb.
May Allah reward the companions of Hadeeth for preserving the men in light of the statement: "If it were not for the isnaad, than anyone could say whatever they pleased."

That was nice - tying the Companion to the hadeeth from Al-Isaabah. And at the other end, nailing the shaykh of At-Tabaraanee from Lisaan Al-Meezaan.
May Allaah increase you in 'ilm and thabaat.
Also...I need to buy some of the books you mentioned. If you know the different printings, and you know which ones have good tahqeeqs or which ones are best, could you post that information, may Allaah reward you?

And jazaakAllaahu khayran for the additional information! These books you mentioned by SHaykh Muqbil rahimahullaah, they are LAA BUDDA MINHAA! Do you know if they are available here in the kingdom?
Also you did not put "(published)" after mentioning the shaykh's book on At-Tabaraanee's men. Does that mean it is not published yet?

Na'm as for Rijaal Al-Haakim then it has been published for some years now, even in Dammaaj we had a mudhakkarah form before I saw a printed copy. Ad-Daaraqutni also came out maybe 3 years ago now as I remember buying a copy in Egypt. As for At-Tabaraani then I am not certain if it has been published yet. I will check with the bros and see. as for the prints of the books I will be posting in the next few days In Sha Allah, as I have kept a nice list of books that are a necessity for the researcher in the different sciences. For example in Maraseel: Jaami' at-Tahseel, and for those who ikhtalata: Kawaakibun-Nayraat, and like this. Baarakallhu Feekum
