As the one that posted the original Bayaan in error...I feel that it is my responsibility to let it be known the following matters especially as there are now "refutations" on a matter that I mistakenly opened up.
1) That the Bayaan that I posted was not the version that was intended to be publicized. Indeed the version that I posted was akin to my rummaging in the wastepaper basket and piecing together the shredded pieces. This was a grave mistake on my part and one that I have made tawba for if Allah accepts it.
2) That because of my mistake and hastiness I have been advised and I greatfully accept the naseeha that I have been given as regards to ; (a) staying away from those issues which I do not have comprehensive understanding or knowledge. (b) Not acting in a hasty manner as indeed haste is from As Shaytaan and (c) Leaving these fiqh/minhaj matters to those that have the ability to deal with and talk about these matters.
I sincerely apologize to those that responded and were affected due to my mistake , especially Brother Abu Usamah.
May Allah Guide Us All To Do That which is Sincere for His Face. Ameen.
