As-Salaam Alaikum, Can someone from the talibul'elm post a response to this question from the brothers barak'Allahu' feekum. Is it permissible to file a chapter 11 or chapter 12 bankruptcy? More specifically, does this clear the debt of the muslim who files the bankruptcy with Allahu'Suphana wa' ta'Ala??
