As salaamu alaikum wa Rahmatullah wa Barakatu The university in Riyadh often gives department heads free books and other books at a good discount. The books they want to give me is a 4 volume set titled: Tafseer al Mufaseerun (if this is the correct English spelling). The author is Muhammad Hussain Adh-Dhahabee. Does anyone know of the author or his works and please advise me if I should accept my set or leave it. I don't know of the author. I just know that he is deceased. So, please advise me as to should we have this set of books in our library. Also, the books are packaged, so I couldnt read any info or copy info to bring to the forum, that may assist.
