As salaamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakaatuh A recent study in various African countries has revealed that male circumcision reduces the risk of getting HIV by as much as 50%. Masha'allaah.. That would mean that the already reduced risk of 100% for a practicing Muslim man (except for what Allaah has written) together with the additional 50% would result in a 150% reduction in the risk of getting HIV - and Allaah is the one that has control over all things.
