  WaAlaikum Salaam wa Rahmatullah wa Barakaatuhu.

Akhee Yoosuf,

Having noticed these same differences myself in the mutoon, I asked Aqeel Walker about this (as he was translating the audio sharh of the book for our local classes here in Atlanta a few months ago);  He explained that the reason for this was due to the fact that there are several copies of the notes of different students of the shaikh, some of whom transcribed the speech of the shaikh with slightly different wording while not changing the meaning.  Today these transcriptions are what is published by the publishers, and Allah knows best.

  assalamu 'alaikum,
akhee if you go over Sheikh Muhammad Amman's (rahimahullaah) sharh of usool thalatha you will notice that he corrects a lot of the wording that is a publishing error. Also the sheikh rahimahullaah chooses certain words that might be more befitting for the flow in the Arabic language and text.

about 9 tapes

he also has a sharh of 2 tapes done in the eastern province.

I must say mashaallaah i have found the text that our brother Abu Talhaa used in the English translation of Sheikh Uthaimeen's sharh to be more correct than some of these little pamplets that have a lot od errors.

قال تعالى:{إنا نحن نزلنا الذكر وإنا له لحافظون}
