As sallamu alaikum I am looking for a head cook for a restaurant that a local and I are trying to open in Doha Qatar towards the end of this year inshaallah. I need someone who has studied cooking and has extensive training in a kitchen as head cook or at least a significant time as a junior chef. Salafis are of course preferred and European ones have the highest priority. I am not financing the project so the stipulation of where the cook comes from is not mine but the sponsor who is paying for the project. Pay package will be good and include a % of the business itself for the individual chosen for the position. If you know someone please contact me a.s.a.p., the sponsor has left the business development to me but is not fussed about hiring a non Muslim for the job. He has left hiring the head chef to me also and is not concerned with salafi or not but will accept who I get. If I get no one he will hire a non Muslim for the position.
