Here is an excellent compilation of commentaries on at-Tahaawiyyah available for free download from Sahab. It consists of the commentaries of Muhammad Bin 'Abdil-'Azeez Bin Maani' (d. 1385), 'Abdul-'Azeez Bin Baaz (d. 1420), and Muhammad Naasir ud-Deen al-Albaanee (d. 1421). There are rumooz (symbols) that distinguish which comments belong to whom. This is very useful for students of knowledge, may Allaah reward the compiler generously. From what I have read from it, yes, they are complete, although I don't have the work of Ibn Maani' to make the appropriate judgment. Shaykh Bin Baaz only made about 10 comments on the whole matn, so don't be surprised about that. Also, be sure to have a look at Saalih al-Fawzaan's commentary, which is more vast than these and is available for download at sahab.org. The Shaykh is known for writing in a simple, clear style suitable for beginning students of knowledge, perhaps because he taught youth earlier in his life.
