There is an institute in Sana'a, Yemen by the name of Markaz al-Medina. By view of their website and posts in this forum one can deduce that it is a Salafi ran institute insha Allah. I would to know if there is anybody who has or is currently studying at the mahad and if so what there experiences have been like. As salaamu alaikum wa rahmatullah, I am currently in Yemen now, and I can tell you that "Markaz Al-Madina" is known to be a salafi centre. The Imaam of the masjid below the centre, Sheikh Ma'mar, is from the students of Sheikh Muqbil and teaches daily after Thurh, Asr, and Mughrib. As for the school, I dont personally study there. I am close with many brothers that do. I will speak to them shortly inshallah and I will ask them if I can provide you with there numbers.
