A thread posted by someone entitled, "Usaamah Al-Qoosi is considered to be an innovator" in the "General Discussion" section containing some recent speech of Shaykh Ubayd was removed, due it containing tabdee' upon other than Sharee'ah principles, and without ANY precedence from the people of knowledge. This amounts to imposing upon the words of Shaykh Ubayd what is not actually found in his words. The Shaykh merely stated that he began to dislike al-Qoosee on account of a vile statement that he made. There was no tabdee' in his speech. This is not acceptable, and thus everyone is cautioned that if they wish to speak or quote, that they do so accurately and say nothing more than what is said in what they have quoted. If this practice is repeated it will result in banning. Anyone making tabdee' upon other than Sharee'ah principles and without being preceded by the people of knowledge, or providing compelling evidences, will be banned. This behaviour only results in harming the da'wah. There is no harm in reposting the material, but without imposing upon the words what is not actually within them.
