These hizbees who have devoted themselves to Abul-Hasan Al-Misri used to say, "Why just take from Shaykh Rabi? - What about the scholars of Madinah, like Shaykh Obayd, Shaykh Saleh Suhaimi, Shaykh Muhammad Ibn Hadi? We'll speak when they speak!" Now they have spoken! Or is everyone still blind following Shaykh Rabi'? And is the issue between Abul-Hasan and the other scholars personal?! Read the clarification of the scholars of Madinah and repent for your sufi style obediance and ta'asub to Abul-Hasan Al-Misri: The Mashaayikh of Madinah, Ubayd al-Jaabiree, Saalih as-Suhaymee, Muhammad bin Haadee, Offer Their Naseehah to Ahl us-Sunnah in Yemen Concerning the Sulaymaanee Mubtadi? Bismillaahir-Rahmaanir-Raheem From Ubayd bin Abdullaah al-Jaabiree, and Saalih bin Sa?d as-Suhaymee and Muhammad bin Haadee al-Madkhalee to their brothers for the sake of Allaah, the noble and respected associates from the Shaykhs of the Sunnah in Yemen: Shaykh Muhammad bin Abdul-Wahhaab al-Wasabee, Shaykh Muhammad bin Abdullaah al-Imaam, Shaykh Yahyaa bin Alee al-Haajurree, Shaykh Abdur-Rahmaan bin ?Umar al-?Udnee, Shaykh Abdul-?Azeez bin Yahyaa al-Bur?ee, and to whoever sees it and hears it from the Scholars of the Sunnah and the students of knowledge, and other than them from in Yemen and also other than (Yemen), may Allaah grant you and us firmness upon the Sunnah, and safeguard our land and yours and all of the lands of Islaam from every evil: Assalaamu alaikum wa rahmatullaahi wa barakaatuhu, to proceed: Verily, nothing prevented us from saying a decisive word concerning Abul-Hasan bin Ismaa?eel as-Sulaymaanee al-Misree, then al-Ma?ribee, except the meeting that we had agreed when we met with in Rabee? al-Awwal of this year, 1423H, in Madinah. And with us were those from the Mashaayikh whom you know, and we had included the details of that meeting in the statement that we had issued concerning the recantation of this man from those errors that had reached us. And that was on the 13th of the same month. We were hoping, based upon that promise in advising the man and also his recanting from what had occurred from him of error. However when a cassette recording of his voice came into our position, with the title ?A Sitting in Aden?, he affirmed therein that Jamaa?at ul-Ikhwaan al-Muslimeen inYemen are from Ahl us-Sunnah and that the difference between us and them is one that is within Ahl us-Sunnah wal-Jamaa?ah and within the confines of the Saved Sect, and that they are our brothers in Aqeedah. And this was in addition to other expressions in which lies, deception, trickery, and scheming, the likes of which cannot be perceived and what they contain of false principles, except by one who has deep knowledge of the manhaj of al-Ikhwaan al-Muslimeen. And when we heard what that cassette contain, we came to realise that there is no room for advising this man, and it became firmly established with us that he is Ikhwaani in his manhaj, and that he is a caller to fitnah (tribulation) and misguidance (dalaal), and that he came (to you) in order to separate your word, and cause corruption amongst you and in your da?wah, even if he outwardly displayed Salafiyyah. And in order to fulfil, what Allaah has taken upon the people of knowledge of the covenant, as occurs in His, the Most High?s saying, ?And when Allaah took the covenant of those who were given the Book, that you should explain it clearly to the people and that you should not conceal it??, to the end of the verse, and in order to aid the Sunnah and to defend it and its people, and also in reply to whoever asked us concerning the condition of this man, from those in Saudi Arabia, Yemen, and other places from the states in the Peninsula, the Arab world and Europe and America, from amongst the Muslims, then we give advice with the following: Firstly: Cutting off Abul-Hasan al-Misree, then al-Ma?ribee, and boycotting him, and warning from him and being cautious of him, and that there is no place to listen to him in his lessons, or lectures, until he repents to Allaah with a truthful repentance from everything he fell into of error. And amongst that is what has been observed about him by the respected Shaykh, Allaamah Rabee? bin Haadee al-Madkhalee (hafidhahullaah), and let his repentance be from everything, in general and in detail, openly announced in front of everyone, witnessed amongst yourselves and those whom you are pleased with from Ahl us-Sunnah. Secondly: Not entering into any discussion or debate with him, fearing his deception, for he is a man of doubts. Thirdly: Not to argue with those who defend him from amongst his students, since that only wastes time and causes the hearts to be diseased. And we ask Allaah, the Generous, the Lord of the Mighty Throne, that He makes us and you as guides who guide (others), righteous ones, callers to Allaah upon insight, those who hold onto the Book and the Sunnah in agreement with the way of the Salaf us-Saalih from the favoured generations, and those after them from the Imaams of Guidance, and that He shows us the truth as truth and grants us the [ability] to follow it, and that He shows us the falsehood as falsehood, and grants us the [ability] to avoid it, and that He does not make it confusing upon us such that we go astray. That He rectifies the affairs of the Muslims, both the Rulers and the ruled, and that He unites their word upon Tawheed and the Sunnah, and that He makes binding upon them the word of piety, and makes them most worthy of it and its people. And prayers and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, his pure and good companions.
